  1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed;

  • A booking confirmation email has been sent to the customer.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate, including:

  • Full name;

  • Contact information;

  • Number of participants;

  • Selected tour date and time.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Bokun.

Bonjour Local Tours does not store full payment card information on its servers.

All prices displayed on the website are:

  • In Euros (€);

  • Inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Tours

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time unless otherwise specified on the tour page.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be non-refundable.


Private Tours & Customized Experiences

Private and personalized tours may be subject to different cancellation conditions depending on the nature of the booking.

Specific cancellation terms will be communicated during the booking process.


No-Shows

Failure to attend a tour without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.


Exceptional Circumstances

Bonjour Local Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to:

  • Safety concerns;

  • Strikes or governmental restrictions;

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A credit;

Bonjour Local Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove guests whose behavior is:

  • Aggressive;

  • Disruptive;

  • Intoxicated;

  • Or inappropriate toward guides or other guests.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected tour is appropriate for their physical condition and mobility level.

Tours may involve:

  • Walking;

  • Stairs;

  • Public transportation;

  • Uneven surfaces.


Customers with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact Bonjour Local Tours before booking.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, accommodations cannot always be guaranteed.
